Meanwhile, ORDER's Daibutsu kills Dump, leaving just two death row inmates remaining. Aoi, who is tending the Sakamoto Shoten store, is approached by a death row inmate called Minimalist...! Heisuke, who was asked by Sakamoto to search for death row inmates from the top of the tower, also discovers the death row inmate, Apartment...

Deadly battles with death row inmates break out everywhere! The Minimalist who attacked the Sakamoto Store is defeated by Nagumo of ORDER, disguised as Aoi, leaving only Apart as the only death row inmate remaining.
